In the opening battle of the 2025 Island Classic, the Mililani Trojans bring their fast-paced, high-powered island offense to the desert to face the rising Coronado Cougars. With Mililani’s tradition of excellence and Coronado’s relentless grind and home turf advantage, this Friday night showdown promises fireworks from kickoff to final whistle.
3rd Annual Island Classic Volleyball Tournament
The 2025 Island Classic Volleyball Tournament returns August 29–30 in Henderson, Nevada, bringing together top high school teams from Hawai‘i, California, Arizona, and Nevada for two days of high-level competition and island-inspired energy. Hosted across Liberty and Coronado High Schools, the tournament showcases the heart, hustle, and talent of programs representing four states, all united by the spirit of aloha and a love for the game.

Join us for the 3rd Annual Island Classic High School Varsity Girls Volleyball Tournament, a premier two-day event taking place August 29–30, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hosted by Koa Foundation Inc., this tournament brings together 32 elite teams—featuring programs with strong ties to Hawai‘i and the Polynesian community—for high-level competition, cultural celebration, and unforgettable experiences. With matches held at Liberty and Coronado High Schools, each team is guaranteed six matches, making this a can’t-miss event for athletes, families, and fans of the game.
